We bear the weight of our own chaos, within us and around us.
We have sought to deny our humanness and our limitations.
We have made idols of our small knowledge, and we fear the expanse of what we do not know.
Of our selves we are not just; we are not merciful, we are not humble.
         Have mercy on us.

May the God of justice transform your actionswith righteousness.
May the Christ of mercy transform your heart with compassion.
May the Spirit of humility transform your ego with peace.
